Aspectos clave

Automatic aggregation of contents
Platform-adapted content distribution
Automatic content summarization

Rolsfera is an automated Spanish-language tabletop role-playing news aggregator, created to centralize, process, and distribute content generated by the role-playing community. From personal blogs to specialized media outlets, the system detects, summarizes, and publishes relevant articles across multiple platforms in a fully automated way.

This project was born from a dual motivation: to make high-quality role-playing content easier to access and to serve as a technical playground where I experiment with automation, text processing, and multi-channel publishing.

From my personal experience, role-playing games encourage cooperation and camaraderie, helping people connect while sharing stories. Rolsfera aims to strengthen that connection and give visibility to the work produced within the community.

Tabletop role-playing news, without the noise

Every day, opinion pieces, reviews, analysis, and publishing news are released within the tabletop role-playing scene. Much of this information, however, remains scattered across blogs and social networks.

Rolsfera centralizes this information flow and transforms it into accessible content adapted to different channels: web, Telegram, and X.

The goal is not to replace the original sources, but rather to amplify them and help their content reach a wider audience.

Technologies used

Rolsfera is also a technical project in constant evolution. Its main tools and approaches include:

  • Python as the core language
  • RSS feed processing and content analysis
  • Scheduled task automation with periodic synchronization
  • Multi-channel publishing on Telegram and X
  • A static website automatically generated to display the latest publications

Key features

Automatic aggregation of role-playing articles
Rolsfera detects and collects new content published on personal blogs and specialized tabletop role-playing websites.

Platform-adapted content distribution
Each article is transformed and adjusted to fit the format and tone best suited for Telegram and X, while preserving the intent of the original content.

Automatic content summarization
Articles are processed to generate clear and engaging messages that encourage readers to explore the full text.

Frequent updates
Every 45 minutes, the system runs a new synchronization cycle to keep the content up to date.

Support for content creators
Rolsfera acts as an additional showcase for authors and publishers, helping their work reach more people within the community.

Purpose and vision

Rolsfera aims to become a central hub for Spanish-language tabletop role-playing news, where both players and creators can discover relevant content without having to browse dozens of websites.

The project focuses on:

  • High-quality content in Spanish
  • Opinion pieces, reviews, and publishing news
  • Community-driven and editorial sources
  • A fast and straightforward user experience

Creating Rolsfera was a natural way to combine my interest in tabletop role-playing games with my growth as a developer, bringing together community and technology in a single project.

Current project status

Rolsfera is currently in an experimental phase, but it already has an active production release.
New sources are continuously being added, and the publishing workflow is being refined to improve content quality and make role-playing news even more accessible to the community.

Why Rolsfera?

Because role-playing content deserves visibility.
Because communities grow when information flows.
Because tabletop role-playing games are more than a hobby: they are a way to connect, collaborate, and enjoy shared experiences.
