Software developer focused on education, automation, and real-world projects

Hi, I’m Roger  (Oshy to friends), a software developer with experience in the education sector, focused on building tools that improve access to information, automate processes, and manage data and content efficiently.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked on projects where technology directly supports learning and helps people interact with information in a clearer and more effective way. I’m especially interested in software development for education, where clarity, reliability, and maintainability are just as important as functionality.

Beyond writing code, I enjoy explaining how things work. Teaching and technical communication are a natural part of my approach to software development. I believe that good software should not only solve problems, but also be understandable for the people who use and maintain it.

Oshytech is my personal space to share real-world projects, proof of concepts, and technical experiments. Many of these projects start as solutions to specific problems and evolve as I explore new ideas, technologies, and approaches.

I mainly work on backend development, automation, and data processing, always with a practical, real-world mindset. I focus on reducing unnecessary complexity and building clear, scalable, and maintainable systems.

This website reflects what I do, how I work, and what I’m currently focused on as a software developer.
